Shipping policy

All orders are sent via tracked delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Usually, all UK orders should arrive within 3 to 5 working days however delays may occur due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please allow up to 16 - 21 working days for orders outside of the UK.

It should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us at melcaribbeanproducts13@gmail.com

United Kingdom:

Deliveries cost are based on weight in kg and is calculated at your checkout accordingly

.All orders containing alcohol will require an adult signature on arrival. Please note that any order that contains alcohol may include an additional fee in the delivery charge. 

International:

Currently, we have a 5 kg weight limit on international parcels.

Where applicable, additional duty and tax costs may occur. The receiver of the package will be  liable for the charge if and when these charge should occur
