Refund policy
We have a 30 days return policy for most items, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a refund; your items must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at melcaribbeanproducts13@gmail.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item/items. Your previous shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as personal care, and food products including cakes and biscuits.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
